Condition Report

ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona wrist watch. Circa 1992. Stainless steel case with yellow metal tachymeter bezel. Reference 16523, serial S637602. Signed automatic calibre 4030. White dial with baton hour markers, subsidiary recorder dials to three, six and nine. Fitted to an unsigned brown leather strap with stainless steel pin buckle. 38mm.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
  • Dial appears to be in a generally good condition with no marks visible when viewed under a 4x loupe. however the luminous inserts show some discolouration.
  • Hands show marks and some discoloration to the luminous inserts.
  • Glass shows some small chips to the edge.
  • Case shows scratches, marks and some dints. Bezel shows some tarnishing.
  • Crown screws down and is currently functioning correctly; the surface has scratches. Pusher screw down correctly and shows light scratches.
  • Strap appears to be in good condition with light marks and creasing.
  • Buckle appears to be in good condition with minor marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.

    This lot does not come with box or papers.
