Conditions for use of Archive
1. Fellows & Sons, their servants and agents accept no responsibility for any loss or consequential loss occasioned to any person acting or refraining from acting as a result of the information, results and photographs contained in our database archive.
2. Fellows & Sons retain the intellectual property rights to any information, results and photographs contained in the database archive and no part of it may be reproduced without the express written permission of Fellows & Sons.
3. Fellows & Sons intend to update the database archive on a regular basis; there is however no specific interval at which this will take place.
4. Access to the database is currently unrestricted but Fellows & Sons reserve the right to change this arrangement with 28 day’s notice by placing a notice at the beginning of the Archive Section.
