£15.00 per item (this may include larger miscellaneous quantities of articles such as costume jewellery) £15.00 per low value group (this may include up to five items generally worth less than £100.00 each) Minimum Charge £50.00 All incl. VAT @ 20%
Articles of no commercial value or unsalable will be advised prior to commencement of appraisal. These do not generally require listing unless they are specifically requested for identification purposes.
House Visits for assessing General Chattels £125.00 p/hour plus VAT @ 20% (plus associated travelling costs)
These valuations will satisfy the requirements of Section 160 of the Inheritance Taxes Act, 1984.
