Selling1. Getting Auction EstimatesThe first step to selling your item is to get auction estimates. Fellows' specialists can provide you with free auction estimates based on photographs. Please use our online valuation form.
Alternatively you can...2. Decision to sellBased on the auction estimates, our specialists will decide whether your property is appropriate for sale at auction. If you decide to proceed, you will sign a contract, and Fellows will take the item in for cataloguing. *Please note there will be additional charges for photography, a loss or liability charge and lotting fee. Seller's will also pay a commission charge. For more information on these charges please click here. Approximately two weeks before the auction you will receive a letter notifying you of the lot numbers allocated to your items. You will also receive a full colour catalogue. 3. Sellers contractThe seller's contract provides details of your reserve price and seller's commission.
4. PaymentPayment for any sold items is sent out by cheque, usually fifteen working days after the sale is completed.
