Thursday 14th June’s Jewellery sale was certainly an exciting one with over 9000 lots on offer.
Lot 457 – a striking emerald and diamond ring caught the eye of bidders. Estimated at £200 - £300 this vibrant piece sold for £340 under the hammer.
Diamonds were also a firm favourite on the day. An 18ct gold single-stone diamond pendant weighing 2.05cts was featured as lot 521 and estimated at £6,000 - £8,000. With VVS1 clarity and K colour this elegant pendant sold for £6,500.
A pair of emerald and diamond ear studs also sold well (lot 497). Estimated at £100 - £150, they fetched £190 in the saleroom.
