One-Off Sale of Prestige Pawnbrokers' Jewellery & Watches at Fellows


 

 

 

On Monday, 16th July Fellows’ are holding a one-off auction of Jewellery & Watches, which will feature items exclusively from the upmarket jeweller and pawnbroker, Suttons & Robertsons.

 

 

The sale is comprised of 514 unredeemed pledges from the national pawnbroker, whose prestigious clientele has included both members of the aristocracy and celebrities.

 

 

Throughout the sale are many enticing jewellery examples including: an 18ct ring with a mouth-watering, almost purple-coloured ruby, set between two good-sized bright diamonds (Lot 450, Estimate £4,400 - £6,400); a dainty brooch in the shape of a bow featuring beautiful, old-cut diamonds and sapphires (Lot 219, Estimate £2,800 - £3,800); and a modern ‘Meli Melo’ necklace by Cartier, exhibiting a colourful and eclectic mix of cut and cabochon stones (Lot 397, Estimated £1,800 - £2,200).

 

 

With many of the major brands represented, the auction is also not without its watch highlights. Some notable pieces are a lady’s ‘Happy Sport’ by Chopard – with an extremely attractive estimate this is a playful twist on a serious watch (Lot 19, Estimate £2,400 - £3,400); a Cartier ‘Ballon Bleu’ which demonstrates the jewellery house’s classic styling but with a sleek, modern edge (Lot 71, Estimate £2,800 - £3,800); and with masculine lines and Italian cool is the on-trend ‘Luminor Marina’ dive watch from Panerai (Lot 505, Estimate £2,000 - £2,500).

 

 

With an indulgent mix of jewellery and watches, this sale takes place on Monday 16th July at 11am.
