A late Victorian gold enamel and split pearl locket. Designed as a split pearl and blue enamel star, atop an oval locket, with tapered surmount. Length 4.5cms. Weight 10.9gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- General tarnishing and discolouration throughout.
- Filing marks to reverse and inside. Internal scratches so deep that they show through the material and can be visible on the outside.
- Star detail slightly loose, may require attention.
- Enamel in good condition with very minor nick to edges.
- Split pearl in good condition with minor abrasions.
- One internal glazed compartment present, the other deficient.
