Condition Report

HEUER - a gentleman's Skipper chronograph wrist watch. Stainless steel case with calibrated bezel. Reference 15640, serial 360239. Signed automatic calibre 15. Blue dial with luminous baton hour markers, subsidiary recorder dials to three and ten, date aperture to six. Fitted to an unsigned grey and black nylon 'NATO' style strap with stainless steel pin buckle. 45mm.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is currently functioning. The chronograph counts one minute, but has not been tested further due to time constraints.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
  • Dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. Hour markers show light discolouration and tarnishing.
  • Hands show holes and discolouration to the luminous paint.
  • Glass has scratches and marks.
  • Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints. Rotating bezel rotates.
  • Crown has scratches and marks. Chronograph pushers show light marks and scratches.
  • Strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks and creasing.
  • Buckle appears to be in good condition with minor marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.

    This lot does not come with box or papers. Together with an unsigned stainless steel expandable bracelet that requires attention as the end link is at fault.
