Auction Bidding Clerk (Birmingham) - Part Time

Do you want to work behind the scenes for one of the fastest growing independent auction houses in Britain? If so we have an exciting opportunity as an Auction Helper to assist with our internet bidding that forms an integral part of our sales.

We hold sales primarily on Mondays and Thursdays, with the occasional Tuesday, we need people to come in and help us during these sales. Your role will be to monitor and place the bids coming in through our third party bidding platforms on a laptop.

To be successful in this role you will be enthusiastic and confident with good communication skills and attention to detail. Experience of Auctions is useful but not essential, most important is a positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast paced environment.

Viewing Assistant (London) - Part Time

Do you want to work in a front of house role for one of the fastest growing independent auction houses in the UK? If so we have an exciting opportunity as a Viewing Assistant to support our current team with our viewing days, which form an integral part of our sales.

We hold viewings primarily on Tuesdays and we need people to come in and help us during these days. Your role will be to meet and greet clients, assist with showing luxury goods and to provide an exceptional customer experience during the viewing.

 

To be successful in this role you will:

Be enthusiastic and confident

Have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with ease

Be keen to exceed the customers’ expectations and consistently deliver unprecedented customer service

Have a positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Ability to adapt your service and etiquette in line with different cultures for worldwide clientele

Show a passion for the luxury good industry

Client Services Representative - Reception(London)

Do you want to work in a front of house role for the UK’s leading regional auction house? If so we have an exciting opportunity as a Client Services Representative to support our current team, which forms an integral part of the business.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Meet and greet clients
Assist with showing luxury goods
Provide an exceptional customer experience
Ensure that public spaces including valuation rooms and viewing rooms are well maintained at all times
Assist the Client Services Manager with event organisation
Assist with consignments and collections
Answer client queries and represent Fellows auction practices by email and telephone

Demonstrate superior client service and interpersonal skills,

Show a passion for the luxury goods industry and an interest in the auction world
