In the Spotlight: Designer Pieces

If you appreciate unique jewellery designs you will not want to miss our upcoming auction of Antique & Modern Jewellery on Thursday 16th August.

The designer and named section of the sale features a wide range of intricately detailed pieces. Lot 240, an enamel bracelet designed by Jade Jagger for Garrard, is a prime example of this.

Jade Jagger was appointed Creative Director of the brand in 1996 and her creations quickly became popular with a whole host of celebrities such as Scarlett Johannson and Sheryl Crow.

The piece featuring in our forthcoming auction is designed as three rows of blue enamel quatrefoil links, with white enamel flower reverse and suspending a similarly designed swag.  With an auction estimate of £1,800 - £2,200 this is sure to grab the attention of bidders in the saleroom.

Other key named pieces in this sale are; a 14ct gold fancy-link necklace by Lapponia (lot 243) two black coral and diamond ‘Wavebreaker’ rings by Bernard K Passman (lots 235 & 236) and a bi-colour, spiral-multi strand dog head cuff by O.J Perin (lot 246).
