2. Decision to sell
Based on the estimates, our specialists will decide whether your property is appropriate for sale at auction. If you decide to proceed, you will sign a contract, and Fellows will take the item in for cataloguing.

Approximately two weeks before the auction you will receive a letter notifying you of the lot numbers allocated to your items. You will also receive a full colour catalogue.
