Lot Description

A cultured pearl two-row necklace. Comprising two-rows of sixty and fifty-five cultured pearls measuring 5.5mm to the 9ct gold diamond openwork clasp. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1965. Length 38cms.

Condition Report

The necklace is in overall fair condition. The cultured pearls have a very thin layer of nacre and appear dull and white in areas, they have a poor lustre and blisters and blemishes to many. The nacre is chipped and damaged to some of the cultured pearls. There are slight scratches to the clasp, estimated diamond weight 0.02ct. Weight 35.7gms.
