A wooden bodkin with hand painted scenes of foxes chasing birds, ladybird terminations, a lacquered finish and bone inner tube, together with a hand painted pendant. Length of bodkin 11cms. Length of pendant 6cms.

Condition Report
Overall fair condition, there are two chips to the paint at the top of the lid and some small areas of wear to other parts. The metal rim is missing to the bottom section and the top metal rim has indents to the outer edge. The inner bone tube is hand painted with writing that is partly illegible. There are three large needles inside. The pendant has some small areas where the paint has chipped off, more so to the bird scene.
