Lot Description

A late 19th century 15ct gold agate brooch. The circular banded agate cabochon, within a floral cannetille surround. Diameter 3.5cms.

The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. General discolouration. The pin and clasp are base metal replacements. Soft solder repair to agate mount, agate possible replacement. Reverse glazed panel contains hand painted sepia photograph of a woman, very faded. Weight 15.5gms.
