An early 20th century amber bead necklace, comprising a single strand of fifty-one graduated oval-shape beads, measuring from 0.7 to 2cms, to the amber clasp. Length 60cms. Total weight 43gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. The clasp has been glued shut. Glue visible at join, small nicks and frits. Fine cracks to few of the larger beads. Small surface reaching natural fissures to few beads. General light surface wear and surface pitting. Mottled colour, mostly opaque. Largest bead approximately 20.4 by 16.5mms. Smallest bead approximately 7 by 6.1mms. Restringing recommended.
