- Displaying some general surface wear, marks and scratches; and some quite heavy tarnishing to the metal.
- With some nicks and bruising around edges; and partial distortion to recipients name.
- Ribbon appears worn and dirty; with some fraying, loose threads and crude stitching to some edges; with pin attachment.
