A modern Irish silver sauce boat, the bellied body with shaped rim above chased fruit, foliage and scroll decoration, leaf capped flying scroll handle and raised on three hoof feet with mask surmounts. Hallmarked Royal Irish Silver Co., Dublin 1974, with Sheffield import marks. Length 19cm, weight 8.43ozt (262.5g).

- Appears in fairly good overall condition, displaying some general light surface wear, marks, and scratches
- Some minor surface and edge nicks
- Heavier scratches and some dark spots visible to the interior
- Residues of dried polish to some areas and crevices
- Visible solder around joins of the handle
- Hallmarks located to base, all clear and legible with minor rubbing; also with import mark for Sheffield Assay Office 1973
