A collection of eight French silver sifter spoons, comprising five large and three small examples, each with a pierced circular bowl, some fluted, the handles of varying designs. With 800 and 950 standard marks. Various maker's marks to include Henri Soufflot (Paris, 1884-1910), Henri Gabert (Paris, 1882-1901) and Edouard Ernie (Paris, from 1882). Approximate lengths vary from 12cm to 21cm. Weight 11.93ozt (371g). (8).
