A William IV silver snuff box by Nathaniel Mills, the rounded rectangular form with engine-turned decoration and reeded sides, the hinged lid with initial engraved central panel, and opening to a gilt interior. Hallmarked Birmingham 1834. Measuring 5.5cm by 3.5cm, weight 30g.

Condition Report
- Displaying some general surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with age and use
- Some slightly heavier wear around the edges and rounded corners
- Some heavier surface wear and rubbing to areas of the engine-turned decoration, causing slight loss of detail
- Possible repairs to hinge as the lid does not open fully, and does not close flush as the lid springs back up slightly
- Gilt interior appears fairly clean
- Hallmarks located inside, all clear and legible with minor rubbing
