Full Lot Description
A George V silver inkwell, of bell shape with stepped weighted base, the domed, the hinged lid with angular handle to the top, and opening to a silver-gilt interior with removable glass liner. Hallmarked A & J Zimmerman Ltd., Birmingham 1914. Maximum height 7.5cm, diameter of base 8cm.

- Displaying some general surface wear, marks, and scratches, commensurate with age and use
- With some minor surface dints and nicks
- Some general tarnishing with a little blackening and residues to some areas and crevices

- Hallmarks mostly clear and legible, maker's mark partly rubbed but still legible
