Three Edwardian silver vesta cases, and a slightly later example, varying size, all of rounded rectangular form and engraved with foliate scrolls, hallmarked Birmingham 1904, 1905, 1908 and probably 1920, with maker's marks for William Oliver, Robert Chandler, Samuel M Levi, and John Rose; together with a late Victorian silver matchbox sleeve embossed with angel heads, hallmarked Levi & Salaman, Birmingham 1898. - All displaying some general surface wear, marks, and scratches, commensurate with their age and use
- All with a tarnished appearance, with heavier patches, blackening, and residues to some areas and crevices
