An early 20th century silver pepper caster, of typical bellied form with pierced detachable cover. Hallmarked S Blanckensee & Son Ltd., Birmingham, probably 1913. Height to finial 14cm, weight 1.63ozt (50.8g).

Condition Report
- Displaying general surface scratches, marks, and wear
- With several dints and bruises, mostly seen around the bulbous lower body
- Slight compression from the stem to the foot, and consequently the body leans slightly
- General tarnishing all over with some blackening and residues to some areas and crevices, including inside
- Hallmarks heavily rubbed and not all legible, clearer part marks to the cover
