Full Lot Description

A collection of twenty silver bladed fruit knives, each with a folding blade and mother-of-pearl veneered handle, of varying design, to include engraved examples and many with an inset panel or cartouche to the handle, two hallmarked Birmingham, Hilliard & Thomason 1886, and Villiers & Jackson 1927, the others all hallmarked Sheffield, various dates and maker’s marks to include John Yeomans Cowlishaw, William Needham, and Thomas Marples. Varying lengths from 8.4cm largest to 6cm smallest. (20).
