Full Lot Description
An Egyptian silver incense burner or Mabkhara, of typical square form with inward and outward sloping sides, pillar supports inbetween, and removable dish or liner to the top, decorated all over with trailing and intertwined foliate motifs. Post 1946 Egyptian hallmarks for 900 standard. Height with liner 14cm, weight 6.82ozt (212.4g).

Condition Report
- Displaying some general surface wear, marks, and scratches, commensurate with age and use
- Tarnishing to the metal all over with heavier patches and a little blackening/residues to some areas and crevices
- Minor surface nicks and dints, including around edges
- Some surface rubbing and slight loss of detail or definition to areas of the decoration
- Visible blobs of solder to some corners, suggesting some possible repairs
- Further solder around the joins of one pillar and it has a slight lean when compared to the other pillars
- Full hallmarks to the dish liner; 900 standard mark to the main part
