- Repair to the centre of the stem, through the date letter so that it is illegible, solder is visible. Other hallmarks rubbed but legible
- Displaying some general expected surface wear, scratches, and tarnishing commensurate with age and use
- Heavier wear to the rounded tips, especially the narrow end
- Engraved initial to the reverse of the narrow end
