Full Lot Description
A late George III silver cream jug, the bulbous body above spread circular foot, with oval bead rim detail, and acanthus capped angular handle. Hallmarked Michael Starkey, London 1819. Maximum length 14.5cm, height to handle 8.3cm, weight 7.02ozt (218.5g).

Condition Report
- Displaying some general surface wear, marks, scratches, and tarnishing, commensurate with age and use
- With a little blackening and dried polish residues to some areas and crevices
- Some minor surface nicks/dints
- Some heavier scratched marks to interior
- Slight knock to rim around the lip
- A couple of slight bashes around the foot rim
- Patch of file type marks to the base
- Hallmarks located under the lip, just off centre, punches blackened with dirt/residues, maker's mark is a little distorted, other marks with minor rubbing, all clearly legible
