Full Lot Description
An Egyptian silver dish, modelled as a basket of squashed form with realistically detailed decoration, below beaded rims and loop handles, stamped to base with commemorative Egyptian hallmark, 900 standard, length 13.5cm; together with two napkin rings of similar circular design, one with large bead border, the other with shell motifs, both stamped OMAN 92.5, in fitted case. Gross silver weight 6.3ozt (196g).

Condition Report
- All pieces displaying some general surface wear, marks, scratches, and tarnishing
- Basket dish:
- heavier tarnishing with blackening and dirt/dried polish residues to some areas and crevices
- surface rubbing and slight loss of detail or definition to some areas of the decoration
- hallmark located to base with a further mark to one handle
- Napkin rings:
- both with some heavy tarnishing with blackening and residues, would benefit from a clean
- also showing some verdigris, more so on the example with shell motifs
- visible seams to both
- beaded example with a couple of pin prick holes in the metal
- marks stamped inside
- fitted case in fairly good overall condition, with some general surface wear, marks, and scuffs
- label inside the box reads 'These silver napkin rings are based on the traditional designs of bracelets and rings worn by Arabian Bedu Women.'
