Victorian sapphire and split pearl star brooch

Surface scratches and minor marks.
General significant discolouration/tarnish.
Brooch fittings unscrew. 
Hook and hinged loop to reverse to support drop/surmount, drop and/or surmount deficient.
Split pearls appear fairly well matched. 
Central split pearl with glue visible to surface and mount.
Sapphires appear a light medium to deep blue. Varied saturation and brightness. 
Many sapphires show natural inclusions. Not all gems tested, possible synthetics. 
Two with small nicks.
