E. Dropsy Locket

Fellows’ upcoming Jewellery sale on Thursday 19 July features a rare Art Nouveau gold locket. The stunning locket is signed E.Dropsy, and it’s rare that beautiful Art Nouveau items such as this come up in our jewellery auctions. The locket is Lot 608 in the sale. This particular item is of circular design, depicting a genteel French lady with flowers to the front and an initialled reverse. The item is suspended from a gold-belcher link chain.

There is a facsimile signature for E. Dropsy, with French assay marks. The length of the beautiful pendant is 3cms with a chain length of 42cms. The item is estimated at £340 – £440 in our upcoming Jewellery sale.
