An R Lalique opalescent glass figure modelled as a seated mermaid (sd), 4.25" (10.5cm) tall

Purchasing information-
Has damage to hair line, there are four areas of damage, two are very tiny chips, the other two areas are approximately 2 - 3mm square. The body appears ok. Around the base to its top edge there are at least five visible chips, the largest about 2mm long. To the lower edge of the base there are at least six visible chips with the largest about 3mm square.
