Late twentieth century four piece tea set comprising tea pot, hot water jug, milk jug and sugar basin in a bulbous design, the gadrooned rim also partly embossed with foliage decoration, the ebonised handles carved with a leaf decoration, hallmarked Sheffield 1938, total weight 77ozt.

Purchasing information-
All of the tea set is generally tarnished. There are general scratches to the tea pot, the hallmark is nice and clear, the tarnishing is quite dark around the back of the teapot and on the embossed spout. There is more prominent tarnishing to the bulbous centre of the coffee pot, again the hallmark is nice and clear, there are general scratches to all of the coffee pot. The coffee pot has a slightly earlier hallmark of Sheffield 1937. Again the milk jug and sugar bowl are generally tarnished, the sugar bowl has a large dent to the side, there are lines of tarnishing to the outer rim. The milk jug is quite yellowed to the outer surround, the handle is tarnished.
