An 18ct white gold multi shade sapphire and diamond set heart design pendant, comprising a central round brilliant diamond set heart with five suspended bar panels with briollette orange and yellow sapphire terminations. Total diamond weight - 0.43cts, Total sapphire weight - 2.53cts, Length of pendant - 4.7cms. Weight - 4.47 grams.

The pendant is in generally new condition. There is a chip to one of the sapphire briollettes, the diamonds are all quite nice and bright.
