A patterned silver hip flask with vacent cartouche, height to shoulder 3inches, width 21/2inches

Purchasing information-
The hip flask is silver plated (marked EPBM to the base), it has vertical thread detail, vacant cartouche, and screw down lid, total height inclusive of lid measures approximately 3 1/2 inches. In fair condition with general surface scratches, marks and a little trapped dirt to the thread detail in places. There is visible solder to the neck of the piece, and this join to the bottom of the lid looks a little clumsy with some surrounding deeper scratches.
