18ct gold sapphire and diamond three stone ring with carved shoulders. (Sapphire in need of polishing).

All stones and claws appear present with a fair amount of surface damage to the sapphire and the diamonds being scuffed. The shank itself is stamped, also has a number of very deep scratches on the inside rim of the shank. The ring is over all very heavily worn. Ring size L
