18k white gold untreated sapphire and diamond cluster ring, with a central oval sapphire surrounded by twelve round brilliant diamonds with banded design shoulders. Estimated total diamond weight - 1.20cts, Clarity - VS2/SI2, Colour - H/J. Sapphire weight - 5.65cts. With Gem Identification Report.
