18ct gold cultured pearl and diamond cluster pendant, with a central cultured pearl surrounded by fourteen round brilliant diamonds on a fine 18ct gold curb link chain. Length of chain - 46cms/18 inches. Estimated total diamond weight - 0.40cts.
