An Edwardian silver presentation cup, the circular bowl with twin scrolling handles raised above a pedestal circular foot, engraved with ' Gibralter Jockey Club Autumn Meeting, November23 1904, Army & Navy Cup Steeple Chase, Won by Mr T. V. Barneys 'TOGO' Ridden by Capt T. W. Stansfeld. D.S.O.' Hallmarked George Nathan & Ridley Hayes Chester 1903. Weight 24.6ozt (765grams).

Purchasing information-
The presentation trophy is heavily tarnished, also with general scratches and marks in keeping with its age and use, a few deeper scratches, the cup wobbles very slightly on its base. There is no plinth base. The hallmark is clear and legible, the makers mark is part rubbed.
