Condition Report

A Victorian silver mounted glass claret jug with oval panel sided floral etched body, and silver mounted collar, base and handle all depicting caryatid figures amidst trailing floral and acanthus leaf decoration - the lid with similar floral decoration and shaped knop finial. London 1891. Maker Charles Edwards. Height 12.75ins (32.5cms)

Purchasing information
    Overall in good condition with wear in keeping with the age and use, with general scratches, marks and tarnishing. There is one very small minor chip towards the bottom of the glass, only noticeable under close inspection. There are a few small imperfections to the silver due to wear over time. Both cartouche to the neck are vacant. The hallmarks are positioned to the edge of the base,a little worn but clear and legible.
