Condition Report

An Edwardian four piece tea set with tea pot, hot water jug, sugar bowl and milk jug - all of bulbous shape with embossed floral decoration and applied frill rims and standing on four scroll feet. London 1905. Maker Charles Clement Pilling. Weight 70.15ozt (2177gms).

Purchasing information
    With general scratches, marks and tarnishing, there is remnants of polish surrounding the detailed areas. On the milk/cream jug the seam has become visible due to wear. On the spout of the tea pot there are two deeper dints which are clearly visible with surrounding dents to the right of the spout. On the coffee pot there is a fair amount of surrounding dints, dents and pitting on the surface of the silver towards the base of the pot. All the hallmarks are visible but slightly worn. Overall bright and clean condition.
