Condition Report

A late Victorian silver circular bowl with a reeded base, central decoration of ribbon and floral swags, terminating in a beaded rim below which has a has a personal inscription. Height 3 1/4 inches (8cm), weight 4.64ozt (144grams). Hallmarked Chester 1899, makers mark possibly James Charles JAY.
