A small Victorian silver mug with naturalistic embossing, floral engraving, scroll acanthus leaf capped handle and raised above a acanthus leaf formed foot, hallmarked Daniel & Charles Houle London 1838, height measures 4 1/4 inches (11cm), weight 5ozt (155 grams).

Purchasing information
    The mug has general scratches and marks, there is also noticeable tarnishing, the, there is a small dent to one side, the interior possibly previously gilded, has worn and discoloured with pitting marks to the base, the hallmarks are clear and legible.
