Condition Report
A 9ct gold keyless wind half hunter pocket watch by J W Benson, the cream enamel dial having black Roman numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock and outer minute track, the plain case, hallmarked London 1926, with hallmarked cuvette, chapter ring to front with blue enamel detail, fitted with a signed going barrel three quarter plate "The Field" movement with right angle ratchet tooth lever escapement, bi-metal compensation balance, overcoil hairspring and diamond end stone. Case diameter 52mm.

J.W Benson half hunter pocket watch, keyless manual winding movement is currently functioning, dial shows some dark marks, hands show tarnishing, glass has some small scratches and marks, case has scratches and marks as a result of general use, front of the case shows some loss to the black on the chapter ring, glass on the front of the case shows scratches, back of the case has some small dints, hinges show wear to the corners, bow shows some noticeable dints. Please note that this lot does not come with box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any watches sold.
