Condition Report

A Victorian six divide silver toast rack on a rectangular base with scroll mounted loop handle. Hallmarked Edward & John Barnard London 1861. Length measuring 6 3/8 inches (6.3 cm), weight 7.5 ozt (235 grams).

    The toast rack displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. denting visible to the base. One corner join on the base has started to split. The hallmarks are clear and legible, also marked 169 B M.
