Condition Report

Victorian silver trowel with decorative engraving and carved ivory handle. Hallmarked Martin, Hall & Co (Richard Martin & Ebenezer Hall) Sheffield 1892. Length measuring 11 inches (28 cm).

Purchasing information
    The trowel appears in good overall condition, it does display general scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The engraving to the blade is in good condition, no personal engraving visible. There is a fracture to the ivory handle at the base and finial. The hallmarks are clear and legible the makers mark appears rubbed.
