An oval shell cameo brooch depicting a scene of three adults and a child within a tiered scrolling border. Length 6.5cms.

Purchasing information-
Overall good condition, the cameo retains a lot of detail to the carving, just the tree seems to have minor loss of detail. There are a group of small fine stress lines that can be seen to the reverse of the cameo, they are not surface reaching, these can't be seen from the front. The pin is in working order. We believe the mount to be gilt. There are small areas of very light tarnishing to the mount mainly around solder joins. There is a safety chain attached.
