A pair of early 19th century paste shoe buckles, each of oval outline, the circular-shape colourless paste to the openwork surmount. Several paste deficient. Lengths 5.1cms.

Purchasing information-
Overall condition fair. There are scratches and areas of dark discolouration to both buckles in keeping with the age of the pieces. There is yellow discolouration to the back rim. There are approximately seven paste missing that would need to be replaced. Some of the paste have yellowed possibly from the back glue. There is slight abrasion to some of the paste visible with magnification. Several of the paste may need to be secured.
