An early 20th century shakudo buckle, comprising two oval-shape panels, one depicting storks by a riverbank, the other depicting a partridge by a tree, each with foliate detail. Total length 6.4cms.

Purchasing information
    The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. Base metal fittings. There is moderate wear to the background, the stork is missing a section of the silver overlay. There are numerous small sections of wear to the gold overlay. Unsigned. Weight 38.1gms.
