Condition Report

A mid 20th century gold ruby and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape ruby, within an old-cut diamond surround, to the plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.25ct. Weight 2.6gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition fair. There are scratches and areas of significant black tarnishing to the band. The ruby is a pinkish red, with a central internal fracture easily visible with the unaided eye. The diamonds are bright, one diamond is drawing more colour than the others, there are chips visible with magnification, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment.
