A 9ct gold cameo brooch, the circular shell cameo carved in high relief to depict the portrait of a woman, within a rope twist surround. Hallmarks for 1979. Diameter 4.1cms. Weight 12.4gms.

Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. With scratches and abrasion to the cameo especially some of the areas of high relief.
