Condition Report

An Austro-Hungarian necklace, the rectangular-shape red paste cabochon, with imitation pearl floral terminal, to the similarly designed red paste bead and imitation pearl line, suspended from a fancy-link chain. Length 44cms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition fair. Some surface wear in keeping with general wear. Discolouration and tarnishing. Evidence of repair/alteration. Wire fittings to the paste bead and imitation pearl lines differ slightly in hue to the rest of the piece. Replacement catch and terminal loops. Red paste in good condition with minor abrasion. Imitation pearls in good condition with some surface wear. Imitation marcasites in fair condition with some surface wear.
